The scope of work for this project consisted of full-service architecture and engineering design for a new office building to house and serve the Administrative Staff for Lighthouse Charter Schools.
The new administrative building features a reception area, small and large conference rooms, nine new offices, co-work spaces, a staff lounge, a hoteling room for visiting consultants, and a wellness room.
Forms + Funktion Architecture, Inc. served as Architect of Record, with responsibility spanning programmatic and schematic design, building and interior design, construction documents, and contract administration.
